The walls are frescoed, the ceilings have original ancient beams and the floors are covered with handmade terracotta tiles.

UPPER FLOOR: Living room – spacious, elegant and comfortably furnished with large panoramic terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is Satellite TV-VHS DVD, CD – Tape-Stereo and a piano.
Kitchen with integrated dining area and fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, frig and deep freeze.
Lower terrace and pool deck has table and chairs, deck chairs, sun beds and shades. There is also a barbecue.

LOWER FLOOR: An internal stone staircase leads to two magnificent bedrooms with two luxury en suite bathrooms. Safety deposit box
3 rd bedroom has a private entrance and is a self-contained studio. It has a fully equipped cooking-corner, shower, TV, and safety deposit box. From the four-poster bed there is a stunning view of the Tuscan hills through a panoramic window at pool level.

(This studio, incidentally, may be rented separately during the winter season)
